In a significant event that aims to promote football across the country, the Technical Department of the Sierra Leone Football Association trained and issued certificates to over 60 Coaches and Coaching Instructors who had completed the first SLFA License B and Instructors Course in Sierra Leone on Friday, March 22nd, 2024.
Commenting on the landmark development, the President of SLFA expressed the enormous joy he had seen the Technical Department of SLFA train and issue Certificates to over 60 Coaches and Coaching Instructors who had completed the first SLFA License “B” and Instructors Course across the country.
With his Executive Committee’s frantic efforts in developing the game, Brima updated that FIFA has recently approved the upgrade of the SLFA Technical Centre. This upgrade is expected to uplift the current SLFA Academy ground to a top-notch Centre for Football Development, providing enhanced facilities and opportunities for aspiring footballers and coaches in Sierra Leone.
In a delightful mood, he assured “With this, our coaches will train the boys in a better environment for all. Special thanks to the Technical Department for a marvellous job. We will deliver as promised”.
