RURAL GOSPEL MUSIC TOUR UPLIFTS NJAMA QUE CATHOLIC CHURCH

In a heartwarming celebration of faith and music, the Rural Gospel Music Tour spearheaded by Andrew Mattia Koi Dimoh and Team commenced its 20th-anniversary tour in the serene village of Njama Que, nestled within the Koyah chiefdom of Moyamba District in Southern Sierra Leone on December 16th, 2023.

The jubilant gospel show, an ode to two decades of unwavering dedication to gospel music, served as an extraordinary congregation point, drawing together men, women, children, and youth from Njama Que and its surrounding communities. Vibrant melodies and spirited performances filled the air, resonating deeply with attendees who embraced the transformative power of gospel music.

Under the starlit skies, a succession of talented gospel musicians took center stage, delivering soul-stirring performances that echoed through the hearts of the audience. Each artist, including Bro Kello Wise, Sr Maami Ngegba, Bra Moses Rynock Missalie, SPrincess Yawmah, Jesus E Borbor, and the revered gospel legend, Mattia Koi Dimoh, captivated the crowd with their renditions, performing uplifting songs.

Reverend Father Donald Smith, the esteemed head of the Saint Theresa’s Parish in Mano Dasse, graciously hosted this remarkable event. He expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support and announced that all proceeds garnered from the gospel launching would be dedicated to the noble cause of tiling the Saint Joseph Catholic Community Church in Njama Que, Koyah Chiefdom, Moyamba District.

Beyond the harmonious melodies and joyous celebrations, the impact of this gathering on the lives of the attendees was profound. The event became a catalyst for spiritual rejuvenation, fostering unity and faith among individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds. Moreover, the commitment to channel the funds raised towards community development highlights the tour's enduring commitment to uplifting and transforming lives beyond the melodies.
