In an exciting turn of events, a renowned politician, philanthropist, and President of Bai Bureh Football Club, Hon. Amb. Rachael Mariatu Sesay Pessima, has paid a courtesy visit to the ongoing Artificial turf and flood light installation site in Port Loko City.
The visiting delegation at the Port Loko Mini Stadium included the esteemed Mayor of Port Loko City, who also doubles as the Vice President 2 of the Sierra Leone Football Association, Mr. Alie Badara Tarawallie, the Regional Chairman Amb. Abdul Osman Turay, the Regional Secretary; Mr. Mohamed Speaking Kamara, the vice Chairman of Port Loko District Football Association; Mr. Alhaji Foday Labay, among others. Their visit sparked a wave of inspiration and grand plans to transform Bai Bureh Warriors Football Club. This encounter, which took place on Tuesday, 12th March 2024, at the Port Loko Mini Stadium, has left a lasting impact on the sectors involved.

Overwhelmed by the work done by Mark Jokers Edel Grass, a Dutch-based company that did the turf rolling and installation of the floodlight system at the Port Loko city Mini Stadium, the Honourable Member of Parliament expressed her profound admiration for the Regional leadership's grand vision for the region.
In their strategizing, they discussed various innovative measures to uplift Bai Bureh Warriors Football Club, create more opportunities for local talents, and promote female football in the Northwest region in diverse ways.
