The D & J Physiotherapy and Health Center, headquartered in Kenema, has given Free Physiotherapy Treatment to over 2000 people of all categories who have been battling with different physical health conditions over the years. The institution has been operating similarly in almost every part of the country and beyond.

This venture was geared towards reducing the impact of physical, health, and psychosocial factors. They also hope to reduce other health problems, including High blood pressure, Diabetes, Stroke, malaria, lower back pain, and other physical health problems in the country.

This drive-in Lower Bambara Chiefdom, hosted in Tongo Town, was pioneered by various stakeholders from the Chiefdom who saw the need to improve the health status of the vulnerable people, as many medical conditions affect people within the Chiefdom.

The key among those who have been very instrumental in ensuring that the people get this free treatment includes Mr. Sedi Yayah Fofana, commonly called DJ Snow, Former Hon. Francis Konuwa, Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister, Mr Timothy Kabba, Dr. Augustine A Sandy, Mr Albert Sandy Chief  Balema Samba, and many others.

Sixty-year-old David K Sannoh, who, according to him, has been struggling with back and waist-bone problems for the past ten years, testified that the illness had been a thorn in his flesh without cure due to lack of finances. "All the herbs and painkillers I have been taking over the years have not been helping me. Because of this condition, my agricultural activities have been hindered, thus leading to perpetual suffering ".

"It is a great joy to have been assured by these medical personnel that I and everyone else living with one health implication or the other will be okay. On behalf of my colleagues, we extend our gratitude to them and pray that God continues to bless them. We also those that made it possible for these experts to be here", pa Sannoh prayed.

Dr Shekuba Jabby, the founder and CEO of the health institution, thanked the people for allowing them to receive the treatment. "This is not the first time we render voluntary services and other humanitarian works for the needy, and it will not be the last. We're trusting God for more support to continue in this direction ", he confirmed.

Other stakeholders present, including beneficiaries of the activity, commended the team and prayed for more support in the future.
